They are simple to customize, rotate and composite in your Photoshop projects at virtually any image resolution.
You do not need a 3D program to customize these objects. With Photoshop CS4 Extended you can rotate the object, camera, add light sources and change textures.

You can use vector artwork as flag textures. Just double click the texture layer and copy your vector artwork from Illustrator. Use the Paste "Smart Object" option and you will have a vector based flag texture. This allows you to create extra high resolution images for print as well as low resolution images for clip art, buttons and web graphics.

You can create any flag by putting an image in the texture layer of the 3D object. Here are examples of swapping out image textures on the same 3D model.
